A regional bank unifies branch and digital on one platform

This is an illustrative case study. Replace with a named, approved customer reference before launch.
A growing retail bank ran its customer experience across four separate systems: a chatbot, a live-chat tool, a standalone queue system and a BI dashboard. Each had its own login, its own look, and its own slice of the customer — and none of them talked to each other.
The challenge
Branch and digital teams were effectively working for two different banks. A customer who chatted on WhatsApp in the morning and visited a branch in the afternoon appeared as two unrelated people. Leadership had five dashboards and still couldn't answer basic questions about the end-to-end journey.
The approach
The bank rolled out cxOptima module by module — starting with Queue Management in the busiest branches, then Omnichannel Engagement for the contact centre, then Customer 360, the Self-Service Portal and Analytics. Because every module shares one login and one customer record, each rollout made the next one easier.
Critically, the platform runs in the bank's own cloud. Core-banking and customer data never leave its infrastructure.
The outcome
- Branch and digital teams work from one customer record.
- Four tools became one platform, with one contract and no brittle integrations.
- Every agent sees a 360° view — history, cases, tickets and satisfaction — beside every interaction.
- Leadership reads one set of analytics, scoped by branch and role.
